Strategic planner, designer, creative director, photographer
As a marketing and communication professional, he successfully combines the skills of a strategist, creative director and designer.
His experience spans more than fourty years with major clients in Quebec, Canada and the United States. Michel began his career as a project director and strategist at Marketel McCann Erickson. He then became partner and vice-president of the Armada-Bates agency in Montreal.
In 1994, he co-founded Wallerich Bérard Strategic Design in San Francisco. Together with Tom Wallerich, he stormed some dot-com and created and designed campaigns for companies as prestigious as Oracle Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, IBM and the Alta Bates hospital network in the Bay area.
Then in Montréal, he created Nümoov. An ardent believer in integrated marketing communications, he puts his unique fingerprint on projects from strategic planning and design through to final production. His experience allows him to quickly identify and define strategic directions that provide concrete and consistent solutions.
Alan Fawcett
Business Narrative Strategist
As a Business Narrative Strategist, Alan crafts compelling stories intended to inspire action in a host of corporate arenas. The primary focus of these stories isn’t on what organizations do: that’s easy. Much more interesting are questions like who are they? Why do they do what they do? Why should anyone pay attention to them? These questions will touch audiences emotionally and compel attention.
Alan also ensures that the various facets of a company and its communications work seamlessly together. For example, employer and employee brands aren’t identical but they must be in harmony.

Bobby Bougie
Senior Programmer
Bobby Bougie is a seasoned Senior Programmer/Analyst and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in web development. Specializing in PHP (versions 5, 7, and 8), ASP, Symfony, CodeIgniter, and Zend, he is adept at leading cross-functional teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum. Currently, he is a Senior PHP Backend Developer at Visual Knowledge Share, where he modernizes a Symfony-based application by updating legacy code and implementing advanced techniques. Previously, he spent more than a decade at CAE as a Technical Specialist, where he led a team of five developers in managing over 50 web applications, handling requirement analysis, database architecture, and quality assurance.
Bobby’s extensive career also includes roles at SNC Lavalin, Ivaco Rolling Mills, and Crédit Lyonnais, where he developed intranet systems, provided user training, and ensured smooth application deployment. Since 2003, he has operated J3BWeb.com, delivering PHP-based websites to diverse clients. He holds multiple certifications from Technologia and Learning Tree, covering advanced PHP and C# development, alongside a Collegiate Study Certificate in Programming from Collège CDI Montréal. In recent years, he has contributed to Nümoov projects, tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Eric Dozois
Web Master and Programmer
Eric has been teaching web programming for over twenty years. Over the last decade he has been creating custom WordPress websites. He developed numerous custom solutions and web portals for business management.
Eric started collaborating with Nümoov in 2005, programming websites for clients in different fields such as music and audio hi-fi, as well as industrial clients.
Eric now heads up the Nümoov web department.
Melissa Akamina
Digital Media Specialist
Melissa Akimana is a digital marketing and social media professional known for her innovative strategies in elevating brand presence across various social platforms. Fluent in both English and French, she excels in content creation, marketing analytics and relationship building. Melissa collaborates on Nümoov digital marketing projects. She is also Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Intact Insurance. Melissa leads brand marketing initiatives, demonstrating her skills in strategic development, collaboration, and campaign performance. Previously, at Loblaw Companies Ltd., she demonstrated her expertise in end-to-end campaign management and strategic planning.
As well, at Co-operators Insurance, she crafted and executed the social media strategy, showcasing her proficiency in analytics interpretation, budgeting and client engagement. Her contributions at Kativik Ilisarniliriniq School Board were instrumental in amplifying online communities and refining social media strategies.
With a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in International/Global Studies from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Content and Community Management from McGill University, Melissa is a forward-looking professional, combining practical expertise with academic excellence.
